Fees, Payment and Payment Options

Fees cannot be quoted until after an examination visit. We make every effort to keep down the cost of dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. Payments may be made by:

• Check
• Debit Card
• MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
• Care Credit

CareCredit is a revolving charge account for healthcare expenses. You can complete an application at any time. Pre-Approval takes about 30 minutes. If your treatment plan requires several visits, you can be given an estimate of the entire treatment plan within the first two visits. In general, payment arrangements must be made before the treatment begins.

Insurance
Unlike medical insurance, dental insurance covers a very small amount per year. Most adults want and need major restorative care. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of care. Most plans include a co-payment, deductible and other expenses, which must be paid by the patient. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, you should consult with the employer. But please don't hesitate to direct questions to any member of our staff and we will try to work with you to find the answer.
